BTS‘ Jimin has announced his debut solo album Face, which will drop on March 24.
Along with the announcement, Jimin also dropped a 35-second video showing a series of water droplets spinning out ripples on the surface of water, eventually forming the album’s title.
Face will follow Jimin’s hit single with fellow K-pop singer TAEYANG of BIG BANG, “Vibe,” which earned both the stars their first visit to the Billboard Hot 100.
To date, Jimin has released the solo songs “Lie” and “Serendipity,” as well as the song “With You'” from the soundtrack to the TvN drama Our Blues.
Jimin will join RM and j-hope as members of BTS who have released full-length solo albums after the group took a hiatus to seek individual careers and serve their mandatory military service.
