Property from The Randi Rahm Archive consisting of an exclusive collection of iconic couture gowns worn by Hollywood actresses and singers for over three decades will be auctioned by Julien’s Auctions next month.
The items being auctioned include gowns and dressed worn by Beyoncé, Mariah Carey, Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, Jennifer Lopez, Jennifer Hudson, Ashanti, Christina Aguilera, Katie Perry and Fergie.
The gold tone iridescent glass on nude silk chiffon worn by Beyoncé at Michelle Obama‘s 50th birthday party in 2014, where she performed for the First Lady, is priced between $3,000 and $5,000.
A high front slit worn by Carey in her 2005 music video for “We Belong Together” is estimated at $2,000 to $4,000.
A custom one-shoulder, fitted, purple satin silk bodice gown worn by Underwood while performing “Mama’s Song” at the 44th Annual CMA Awards in 2010 and a fitted black satin crepe gown worn by Aguilera to the 2007 Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Awards Party are also estimated in the same range.
A gazar tie-dye patterned aqua-blue cocktail dress worn by Perry to the stage greeting of Katy Perry: Part of Me in Tokyo in 2012 is also up for auction.
The auction of items under the “Icons & Idols Trilogy: Rock and Roll” session will be held on December 2, while the auction of items under the “Icons & Idols: Hollywood” session will be held on December 3.
