Judi Love has opened up about her fears for refugees fleeing Ukraine and has said she tries not to have the news on too much in front of her children as she doesn't want to frighten them. "I don’t want them to be scared, but it is, of course, terrifying," the Loose Women star says.
In her latest OK! column, the Loose Women panelist also reflects on her exciting International Women's Day project and shares her thoughts on Piers Morgan's latest TV plans.

On International Women’s Day last week I had a photoshoot for a really exciting project and most of my team were women. It was a beautiful experience, from the make-up to styling.
As a plus-size woman going onto a shoot, it’s important for people around you to understand your body shape, how to style you and do your make-up to ensure you feel comfortable. I felt secure with the female team around me and it was a great experience.
Holly Willoughby's tears
Holly Willoughby broke down in tears on This Morning when discussing child refugees fleeing Ukraine. When it comes to children it’s particularly heartbreaking and sometimes on live TV you can’t hold in your emotions.
We might deliver the news, but as live TV presenters we still live lives and feel these feelings. Sometimes you can’t help but show your emotion.
Worrying times for all
I’ve been following the news about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and it really worries me. I’ve been trying not to have too much news on around my children as I don’t want them to be scared, but it is, of course, terrifying.
As I mentioned last week, I’m still worried about the Black and Asian refugees at the borders. I worry so much about there being another world war and understand the British Government has to tread carefully in order to help without us being dragged into World War III.

Championing diversity
Last week, I attended the British Diversity Awards hosted by June Sarpong which was really exciting. It was interesting to see how diversity is being
celebrated, from racial and gender equality, to the LGBTQ+ community and those with disabilities. It was an important night and I was proud to be a part of it.
Pier's new show
Piers Morgan has announced his return to live TV with a show called Piers Morgan Uncensored on new channel TalkTV.
He’s said it will be him ghting against cancel culture, but let’s face it, it will just be a platform for him to rant about whoever he is upset with at that time. He might even bring up Meghan Markle again.
It’s Piers Morgan coming back with a vengeance, doing what he does best. Dividing opinion.
