Love Island's Laura Anderson looks dramatically different after ditching her bleached hair and heavy make-up for a chic makeover.

The former air stewardess shared a snap of her new look on Instagram , showing her posing by her Christmas tree wearing nothing but a baggy jumper.

She revealed she'd dyed her hair and drew fans' attention to her golden blonde tresses.

The telly star wrote: "Got bored, dyed my hair #happysunday ."

Laura combined her toned down locks with more natural make-up – and it sent her Insta page into meltdown.

Both fans and her famous friends flocked to the comments section to tell Laura how much they love her new look.

Love Island 2019 winner Amber Gill wrote: "I’m obsessed!!!!" and former Islander Montana Brown added: "I LOVE IT."

This year's star Anna Vakiki wrote: "OMG didn’t even recognise you! Love it."

Fans also expressed their delight over Laura's new hair, with one writing: "It's gorgeous & you look so different."

Another added: "Suits you so much better! Fab."

A third stated: "Omg you look like a different person, totally love this look."

It comes just days after Laura admitted she relies on hair extensions to give her a thicker, fuller style and called for an end to the taboo over fakery.

She explained: "Why do we feel hair extensions are all about Vanity and pretend being au naturel makes us happy.

"I'm not scared to admit that I like my hair a certain way to feel feminine. It’s just my preference and there’s nothing wrong with that.

"I'm not a Disney character, I wasn’t blessed with naturally long thick flowing hair. So, let me tell you a little secret… Every model you see on instagram- they’re all just as bald as us!!!…

"Why do we hide the fact we wear hair extensions or laugh at others who get it wrong?… Stop pretending!…

"Be the best version of yourself unapologetically, trust me I’ve been doing it for years."
