We are used to seeing Charlotte Dawson entertain us on her Instagram, but now the pregnant reality star has decided to take a break from it after being trolled.

The mum-to-be, who recently picked up baby essentials on a shopping trip, confessed to her followers that she has been struggling with the negativity online while being pregnant.

Posting on Instagram, Charlotte, 28, wrote: "I need a little break off here. I'm sick of the negativeness I'm getting.

"There's some awful comments, people hiding behind fake accounts and messages I'm receiving. I used to be able to handle it but being pregnant it gets you down," she expressed.

The Ex On The Beach star told her fans she was going to instead spend her time trying to help others less fortunate.

"In the meantime I want to help people at the foodbanks etc, please fi anyone knows more info send on here… and also if anyone is raising money and helping. Send me the links. X," [sic] she concluded.

As well as her post on her stories, the make-up artist also shared a poem sent by a pal, which described all the qualities of girls named Charlotte.

In the poem, it describes people named Charlotte as 'genuine, down to earth and happy.'

Charlotte announced she was expecting her first child with now fiancee Matthew Sarsfield, 29, in August.

Speaking to OK!, Charlotte said: "I might have liked to go out and have a good time, but I know I'm going to be an amazing mum and will do anything for my baby."

"This just feels like perfect timing. We're both ready for this chapter. We've got a house and we've been together for four years. It feels right," she excitedly said.

The following month, the couple revealed they were expecting a baby boy at their gender reveal party.

Sharing a video of the special moment on Instagram, the couple were ecstatic after blue confetti popped out of the balloon.

"I love MY BOYS soooooooo much xxxxxxxxxxxxx @mattsarsfield our life is about to begin as 3 very very soon," Charlotte gushed.

The Celebs Go Dating star's celebrity pals congratulated her on the exciting news.

Sophie Kasaei wrote: "Ok I'm not crying. wow love u both."

Love Island's Emma Jane Woodham said: "Omg. Congratulations beautiful."

"Oh babe look at you so nervous nearly made me cry when you popped the balloon congratulations," former TOWIE star Frankie Essex commented.
