Selena Gomez hasn’t spoken to her kidney donor BFF Francia Raisa in nine months and can exclusively reveal the secret reason why — the two had a fight over Gomez’s “unhealthy choices.”

In the summer of 2017, Raisa gave Gomez one of her kidney’s after the “Slow Down” singer’s own kidney’s began to fail due to Lupus.

Following the ordeal, Gomez admitted that she would have died without Raisa.

But according to a source, “Selena did the exact opposite of what she said she was going to do when she got well again. She said she was not going to drink anymore.”

Added the insider: “Francia called Selena out on it because she cares about her and she loves her. She told her that she was just really making some unhealthy choices and that she was concerned for her.”

Apparently, that did not sit well with Gomez, who admittedly checked into a wellness facility several months following the kidney operation after Radar exclusively reported she was spotted drinking alcohol at the Four Seasons Hotel in New York City.

When fans questioned the fragile Gomez’s decision to drink, she brushed off the concerns.

“As far as my personal life, someone sees me having a glass of wine? I could give two s**ts. I’m not trying to hide. That’s my life,” she huffed in an interview with Elle.

Raisa, 31, has said she went through physical and emotional agony following her transplant surgery with Gomez, 27.

She said she was so fragile, “I couldn’t pick up my dog — he’s 16 pounds. That was rough. I couldn’t walk him.”

But now, sources tell Radar exclusively when Raisa confronted Gomez over her unhealthy actions, the two got into a fight and “Selena just shut her out.”

“Selena is in a better place now than she was back then, obviously. But because of everything that they’ve been through together, Selena doesn’t know if she can ever really be a part of Francia’s life again.”

Radar was the first to report that Gomez and Raisa have not spoken since October 2018.
