Cassie Randolph is continuing her legal battle against ex Colton Underwood, this time turning to police to help her.
In court documents filed last month to obtain a restraining order, Randolph, 25, claimed “The Bachelor” star, 28, had been stalking and harassing her with “unsettling” text messages and also alleged he placed a tracking device on her car.
Randolph obtained the restraining order, but now has filed a police report with the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department to complain about her allegations made in the legal filing, TMZ reported.
“It was her intention to first, try and work through this process privately in a manner that gives both her and Colton safety, security and respect,” Randolph’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, told Page Six in a statement on Tuesday. “We are confident that this is possible.”
The Sheriff’s Department and reps for Underwood didn’t immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.
Randolph and Underwood, who met on Season 23 of “The Bachelor” in 2019, announced their breakup in May.
