Mrs Hinch likes her home clean and tidy and even her husband Jamie Hinchliffe doesn't escape punishment for being messy.

The couple had a hilarious beef over the weekend when, tired of Mr Hinch leaving his dirty underwear around their pristine home, Mrs Hinch swapped her usual duster for his boxers and socks.

She took her hubby to task for his bad behaviour, joking that his boxers "made a good duster" and hoped that it would encourage him to stop leaving them around.

"I've just used Jamie's pants as a duster," Mrs Hinch, whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe, informed her 3.6m followers on Sunday.

"They actually made a good duster to be fair, maybe he won’t leave them on the floor anymore!" she giggled as she showed how much dust the black briefs had managed to collect.

Then as if that wasn't enough, she found a pair of his white socks not in the washing basket where they were supposed to be.

"Now he’s juts taking the mick leaving his socks out… So doing the skirting now. Soz Jamie!" she laughed as she filmed herself using his sock to wipe things down.

But it wasn't long before Mr Hinch retaliated as he took to his own Instagram account, and threatened his 30 year old wife with her own clothes.

“So following on from Soph's story, my boxers are now covered in dust… So I thought how about I start cleaning with your bra?! Eh? Eh!” he joked holding up a black strapless bra.

He added as a caption along with a winking face emoji: "But @mrshinchhome beware because you've left your bra out!"

Responding to her husband's cheeky threat she reposted it on to her story adding: "You dare dust with that bra!! It cost my £40! You can buy me a new one hun![sic]"

It looks like their early morning beef was all sorted though as the couple took their son Ronnie round to see her mum and enjoy a fruit dessert that Mrs Hinch had baked at home.

They also made a pitstop at Poundland so the cleaning influencer could stock up on some items for a "Hinch Haul" .

She'd picked up some protective plastic corners for the garden so Ronnie wouldn't bump his head, some bath toys, kitchenware and some miniature fairy ornaments for the vegetable patch she had built for her son.
