DEAR DEIDRE: SEX with my partner has died away. It’s become the norm now and I’m scared we will never get it back.

We have kids aged five and two. The youngest has additional needs, which puts a huge strain on us all.

I’m a woman of 38 and my partner is 41.

We are both so tired, we just never seem to make time for one another.

I have put on weight and feel rubbish about that.

He works long hours.

I can’t go on like this

DEIDRE SAYS: You are both under huge strain.

Prioritise getting an adult hour together when the kids are first settled in the evening.

Maybe give each other a backrub or massage to help re-establish intimacy.
