Teacher makes lad colour in his shaved hair pattern with a marker pen
A TEACHER made a pupil colour in a pattern shaved into his hair with a marker pen to conform to the school’s dress code.
The assistant principal at Berry Miller Junior High in Texas reportedly gave the kid three options to deal with his contraband cut.
He could either call his mum, receive some kind of punishment or colour in the letter “M” shaved into his hair.
The lad chose the third option and set about filling in the bald lines on his head.
A furious woman, believed to be the boy’s mum, claimed the marker pen was still on his skin days later.
Her fuming Facebook post read: “[He] got a haircut on Tuesday with a design.
“On Wednesday at school the Assistant Principal at Berry Miller Jr High in Pearland [independent school district] told him he was out of dress code with his designs and decided to colour my baby design with a PERMANENT MARKER!
“His only options was to go to [in-school suspension] or get his head coloured.
“They did not call to inform me at all.”
The post, which has been viewed over 2,000 times, was accompanied by several pictures of the boy’s head appearing to show black ink staining his scalp.

“A campus administrator mishandled disciplinary action by giving the student options including notifying his mother, disciplinary consequences or filling in the shape of the hair carving with a marker.
“This latter practice is not condoned by the district and does not align with appropriate measures for dress code violations.
“The campus administrator is currently on administrative leave. Further action is forthcoming.”
