Many people believe he’s rapping about the model after listening to certain lines such as ‘Fashion Week is more your thing than mine.’

Bella Hadid has set the record straight on reports saying that Drake is rapping about her on one of his “Scorpion” tracks, “Finesse”. Many people speculate that the Canadian rapper is hinting at his past romance with the Victoria’s Secret model on the track.

“I want my baby to have your eyes/ I’m going against my own advice/ Should I do New York? I can’t decide/ Fashion Week is more your thing than mine,” he raps, before seemingly referencing to her sister Gigi Hadid, “You and your sister/ Too hot to handle/ Thing would get canceled/ I would make time for you/ Commitment.”

Judging by how the rapper mentions Fashion Week and “your sister,” it is no wonder that many people believe he could be referring to his rumored past fling with Bella. However, she already made it clear that the song isn’t about her after one Twitter user noted that the reports were “probably” true. “Not me!!! that’s disrespectful. WHY CANT PPL BE FRIENDS W/o all the insinuation,” the younger Hadid sister savagely responded to the Twitter user.

Romance rumors between Bella and Drake began way back in the summer of 2017, when they were spotted leaving hot spot Nice Guy in Los Angeles together. Later in October, they were reported to be “casually dating” when he attended her birthday party in New York City. But, in November, their fling was ended before it could even start, as they were reported to be “no longer talking” after the “Nice for What” hitmaker “basically ghosted her.”

Besides seemingly rapping about his past fling with the model on his album, Drake confirms that he’s indeed has a son on track “Emotionless” and “March 14”.
