Steve Irwin's daughter, 21, adopted a puppy with her fiancee Chandler Powell last month and shared a picture of herself cuddling the animal.
The brunette, wearing her family signature colours of grey t-shirt and grey khaki trousers, uploaded the snap with a moving caption talking about loved ones.
Steve's daughter captioned the picture: "Cuddles with my sweet girl for National Hug Day.

The emotional statement comes as Bindi prepares for her upcoming nuptials.
She has previously spoken about walking down the aisle with a koala bear, as her dad passed away in 2006.

The animal lover initially believed that he had only suffered a punctured lung, but the stingray's barb had pierced his heart which eventually caused him to bleed to death.
A selection of her 3.2million followers took to the comment section of the post, with one fan saying: "Aww this made my day! You are so sweet Bindi!"
While another went on to add: "Oh your puppy is such a darling! Looks like ideal way to relax."

Bindi recently thanked fans who had reached out to support the Irwin family who supported animals affected by the Australian bushfires.
Bindi, Terri and Robert Irwin have raised millions of dollars through the Wildlife Warriors foundation, in a bid to save the lives of animals who had been injured.

In a thank-you video, Bindi said: "Dad first came up with the term Wildlife Warrior – it means to stand up and speak for those who cannot speak for themselves.
"Together as a family, we want to make sure that dad's mission lives on forever."
Last month, Bindi shared a loved up snap alongside her husband-to-be, Chandler, as they cradled the pooch.
She teased fans, with the caption: "Our family is growing! Chandler and I are so happy to introduce you to our sweetheart Piggy. 2020 is going to be beautiful. Happy New Year."
