Alien hunters were sent into a frenzy when a person in France spotted what they believe to be an extraterrestrial space ship. The object in question appears to be a white, cross-like structure which “rotates slowly” as it makes its way over a small town. The UFO can be seen floating slowly, as it moves across a backdrop of a hilly area.
YouTuber Michael57 spotted the supposed UFO and he uploaded it to his YouTube channel.
The video has since gained a lot of interest and thousands of views.
One person who saw the video happened to be prominent conspiracy theorist Scott C Waring, who is convinced the footage is evidence of aliens.
Mr Waring wrote on his blog UFO Sightings Daily: “If you watch the video carefully you will notice that at 1:20 into the video the UFO becomes mostly focused.
“The UFO is strange shaped, like a large white cross, but not a cross.
“UFOs come in all shapes, sizes, colours so I have to keep an open mind here.
“The object is rotating slowly from right to left as it moves across the hillside.
“This UFO is flying very low and seems to not care that it’s totally visible to the public below.
“The movement, speed and silence all point to it being a UFO.”
However, the object in question is probably not an alien space ship, and there are several other plausible possibilities for what it is.
The object could easily be a plastic bag caught in a stream of wind, or alternatively, it could be a Chinese Lantern.
Aliens have never been confirmed, but a video in 2017 from a US Navy Pilot sparked headlines across the globe as it appeared to show an unnatural flying anomaly with a “glowing aura”.

According to Pentagon spokeswoman Sue Gough, the sighting was released “in order to clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos”.
She said: “After a thorough review, the department has determined that the authorised release of these unclassified videos does not reveal any sensitive capabilities or systems and does not impinge on any subsequent investigations of military air space incursions by unidentified aerial phenomena.”
Former Pentagon employee Luis Elizondo, who headed up a secret official UFO program, said the footage was “compelling evidence” that aliens might exist.
Mr Elizondo said: “These aircraft – we’ll call them aircraft – are displaying characteristics that are not currently within the US inventory nor in any foreign inventory that we are aware of.
“Things that don’t have any obvious flight services, any obvious forms of propulsion, and manoeuvring in ways that include extreme manoeuvrability beyond, I would submit, the healthy G-forces of a human or anything biological.”
