Key West’s Old Town is most well-known. But Stacey Pillar, a realtor at Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co. in Key West, says there are other neighborhoods that have homes for those who want to buy vacation properties.  

Homes in Truman Annex and Casa Marina are sought-after for their aesthetic appeal, charm, and location, she says.

Key Haven is popular because it is close to Key West, but away from the traffic and much quieter. While Key West has relatively few waterfront homes, most homes in Key Haven are on canals or open water, she says.
