GREECE'S flag carrier is offering all tourists a buy-one-get-one-half-price offer on all flights.

Aegean Airlines has launched the travel deal ahead of the return of Brits next week.

Despite initially banning flights from the UK until July 15, Greece will finally resume a flight schedule from next Wednesday.

EasyJet, Jet2 and Ryanair have already announced flights to the region with holidays hoping to resume ahead of the summer.

However, Aegean Airlines has gone one further to encourage holidaymakers to return, with passengers given a half-price ticket if buying a full price one.

Families, couples and friends can take advantage of the offer with the promotion including all destinations across the country.

It is also available until October 31, making a summer holiday much cheaper this year.

You'll have to be quick, however, as the deal is only available until July 13.

Greece has already cut transportation taxes almost in half, with VAT being reduced from 24 per cent to 13 per cent – which will be passed on in the form of cheap flights.

The Greece travel ban is also no longer in place meaning Brits can visit without quarantining when returning to the UK, although may still need to quarantine on arrival if testing positive for coronavirus.

Beaches in Greece are implementing new rules including drinking bans and sunbathing zones.

Package holiday deals are also at their lowest, with seven-night bargains to the Mediterranean – including Greece – from £99pp.

The prices are some of the lowest seen since the 1990s as tour operators attempt to woo holidaymakers back for the summer season.

The tourism industry has been hit the hardest by coronavirus, with estimations of a $1.2 trillion loss worldwide.
