An NYPD officer fell on top of a 17-year-old boy as he was chasing him on foot — leaving the teen “paralyzed” with a broken neck, according to police sources.

The incident happened around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in Brooklyn.

The boy was one of several people exiting a club in Sunset Park and acting disorderly, sources said.

Officers were at the scene, attempting to disperse the crowd, when the teen took off running.

Sources said he was trying to flee down a hill near 55th and 4th Ave, but somehow tripped and landed on a car. The cop that fell on him did the same exact thing — and apparently injured the boy in the process.

“He’s paralyzed,” a source said.

The teen was issued a summons and taken to Lutheran Medical Center, where he remained Sunday night. The NYPD Force Investigation Division is said to be looking into the incident.
