Police are searching for a man who escaped police custody during a violent drug bust in Queens on Tuesday night.

Mohammed Salah, 32, was being arrested along with seven other people about 9:30 p.m. at the Queensbridge Houses on 12th Street near 41st Avenue when a physical altercation broke out between the suspects and police, authorities said.

Officers noticed on the way to the 114th Precinct that Salah, who was cuffed along with the others, had slipped away, according to police.

Salah, who lives at the Queensbridge Houses, remains on the loose. An NYPD investigation is still underway.
