A heroic couple chased a suspected kidnapper’s car in this heart-stopping video footage after an 11-year-old girl was nabbed as she stepped off the school bus on Wednesday afternoon.
Miguel Angel Rodriguez, 24, allegedly grabbed terrified schoolgirl Charlotte Moccia in Springfield, Massachusetts, and held her for six hours, Boston Globe reports.
Luckily, Amanda Disley and her husband were aware of the report of the kidnapping and spotted a blue Honda Civic which looked the one in the images police had released.
In the dramatic video, Amanda and her husband can be heard shouting down the phone to the dispatcher and they give chase to the car.

“They are pulling by the building, a liquor store,” Amanda says, and at this point they get a better look.
Sounding panicked, she shouts: “They’re trying to lose me, trying to ditch me!”
Amanda then shouts: “It’s him, it’s him!
“This is a blue Honda Civic and they’re doing about 100mph right now.”
Thanks to the couple’s directions and the number plate they recorded from the suspicious car, police managed to find Charlotte “safe and sound” six hours later.
Springfield Police Commissioner Cheryl Clapprood said: "This was a good ending attributable to solid teamwork and cooperation from the public.
"I'm so happy Charlotte is back home with her family and we found her as quickly as we did and I want to thank everyone involved."
Amanda explained she had a “gut feeling” she was following the right car in a Facebook post she wrote alongside the video.
