First lady Melania Trump has decked the halls for the holiday season.
Trump unveiled the theme of this year’s White House Christmas decorations: “America the Beautiful,” chosen to honor “the majesty of our great Nation.”
“Over the past four years I have had the honor to travel to some of our nation’s most beautiful landmarks and meet some of the most compassionate and patriotic American citizens. From coast to coast, the bond that all Americans share is an appreciation for our traditions, values, and history, which were the inspiration behind the decorations this year,” the first lady said in a statement Monday, going on to thank the staff and volunteers who made everything come together.
In a video released by the first lady’s office along with the theme announcement, Trump could be seen admiring the decorations in each room.
