A trio of 16 year-old boys forced a 15 year-old girl into a public bathroom, barricaded its door shut with a sandbag then gang-raped her, police say.

Zaccheus Michael, Jacari Spencer and Demario Davis reportedly attacked the girl at Tom Brown Park in Tallahassee, Florida, on May 23.

She had planned to meet with Michael in a high school parking lot, it is claimed.

He then drove off with her in a car to meet Davis and Spencer at an apartment complex, police say.

After a while, the youngster asked the three boys to take her back to school, the Tallahassee Democrat reported.

Michael is said to have agreed, only to drive her to Tom Brown Park instead.

Once there, he is said to have parked close to the bathroom.

Davis is then accused of dragging her towards that restroom as she screamed.

After letting go of her, the girl tried to walk away, only for Davis to yank her into the women’s bathroom, it is alleged.

Once inside, one of the boys blocked its door with a sandbag to stop anyone coming in.

The girl told police that the three boys then held her down and took turns raping her.

After they had finished, they reportedly told her ‘What happens in the group, stays in the group.’

Afterwards, the girl called 911, and picked the three boys she says attacked her out of a line-up.

Police found used condoms and condom wrappers matching descriptions she had given in a trash can outside the park bathroom.

A medical examination showed the child had injuries consistent with her being raped.

Michael, Spencer and Davis were arrested on May 27 and taken into juvenile custody.

They are being charged with lewd and lascivious molestation, sexual battery and kidnapping.

The seriousness of the allegations they face has seen all three charged as adults.
