President Trump on Friday slammed NBC News over its erroneous report that the feds were eavesdropping on his personal lawyer — saying the Peacock Network’s “sources probably don’t exist.”

“NBC NEWS is wrong again!” the president declared in one of several tweets that included another of his signature calls for a wall along the US-Mexico border.

“They cite ‘sources’ which are constantly wrong. Problem is, like so many others, the sources probably don’t exist, they are fabricated, fiction!” Trump continued.

“NBC, my former home with the Apprentice, is now as bad as Fake News CNN. Sad!” he added.

On Thursday, NBC News corrected its report that federal investigators had placed a wiretap on the phone lines of Trump’s attorney Michael Cohen, saying it subsequently learned the feds were only monitoring the source of calls but weren’t listening in.

NBC published its original story online shortly after 1 p.m. Thursday, and it became instant fodder on MSNBC and other cable news networks.

The correction was moved online at 5:27 p.m. Thursday with an editor’s note on the rewritten piece — and was discussed on MSNBC’s “Meet the Press Daily.”

NBC had attributed its original story to two anonymous sources with knowledge of the legal proceedings against Cohen. Lead reporter Tom Winter said the sources have a track record of providing reliable information.

But NBC said three unidentified senior US officials had disputed the account — saying the phones were monitored by a pen register, which keeps a log of phone numbers on both ends of the conversation, but does not hear the audio.

“It’s still a very serious matter,” Winter told NBC colleague Chuck Todd, noting that a judge had to sign off on placement of the pen register.

ABC News tweeted that it had confirmed the original wiretap story, but the network later sent a corrected tweet and deleted the old one.

Prior to correcting the NBC story, Winter tweeted that Rudy Giuliani, who is representing the president, “warned Trump not to talk on the phone with Michael Cohen.”

“For good reason: Federal investigators were running a wiretap,” Winters said.

But Giuliani blasted NBC’s report before it was corrected, telling The Daily Beast: “Us lawyers have talked about it — we don’t believe it’s true.

“We think it’s going to turn out to be untrue because it would be totally illegal,” he told the outlet.

Meanwhile, Trump also returned to his campaign promise to erect a border wall.

“Our Southern Border is under siege. Congress must act now to change our weak and ineffective immigration laws. Must build a Wall. Mexico, which has a massive crime problem, is doing little to help!” he tweeted.

And he also touted the job market, saying: “Because Jobs in the U.S. are doing so well, Americans receiving unemployment aid is the lowest since 1973. Great!”
