But what does the 27-year-old's firm actually do, and what happened at the drinks party?

What is James White's Right Time Recruitment company?

James White set up the recruitment company in 2016 and was given an enormous boost last year after winning the contest and £250,000 in investment from Lord Alan Sugar.

The firm – now owned by White and Lord Sugar – is based in Birmingham but operates across the UK.

The company specialises in recruiting individuals for IT careers, and also helps IT firms recruit professionals.

According to its LinkedIn profile, the firm currently employs 16 individuals.

The team focuses on finding project and programme managers, IT directors, solution architects, technical engineers and developers.

On November 7, The Sun's Bizzare column exclusively revealed that the firm is suffering from a £30, 000 loss and was hit by setbacks in the first six months of working with Lord Sugar.

A source said: “Lord Sugar expects high results and only aligns himself with those he believes have the ability to reach his impeccable standards.

“Since investing in James he’s had to deal with several unfortunate setbacks, and now the figures don’t seem to be reflecting the hard work that’s gone into the business.”

A spokesman for the peer said: “James and Lord Sugar are in their first six months of trading.

“This time has been used for investing in more staff, renting new premises, building a website and rebranding.

“Right Time is in line with forecasts and expectations for the end of June 2019 — and by this stage will be making a profit.”

Why was there a stripper in the office?

The identity of the birthday boy is not known, but the stripper was welcomed as a part of a birthday celebration.

It was an employee's 25th birthday and he had recently landed some new business for the company, which apparently called for a big celebration.

Before the antics, James White appeared excited as he wrote on LinkedIn about a "double celebration".

"It's his 25th birthday and he's just made his first placement for Right Time Recruitment.

"He's going to be a huge asset for this business and I'm excited for his journey ahead. Big congrats!"

What happened at The Apprentice winner's firm's drinks party?

Video footage shows a stripper – named Gloria – cavorting with the salesman in just a police hat and leather boots.

Colleagues at the recruitment firm had hired the plus-size guest as a "special treat" for the newly-hired executive's birthday.

She was shown to pin the man to the ground in the office on a business park in Smethwick, West Midlands, where the celebration reportedly took place.

The video was shared on a WhatsApp group that James was part of.

A spokesman for James’s firm said it was held in an empty serviced office while James was out with Apprentice pals.

He said: “James wasn’t present and it was out of office hours. They were not at James’s Right Time Recruitment office.”
