A woman apparently threatening to throw herself off a building over ‘botched’ plastic surgery was bodyslammed to the ground by a firefighter.

Dramatic footage shows the angry woman shouting towards clinic staff while standing on a ledge following claims of a procedure gone wrong.

The unnamed woman, from Suzhou city in eastern China, attracted dozens of onlookers after climbing to the ledge of the building.

She reportedly threatened to jump off because of stress caused by surgeons, after the operation on her eyes a years ago.

She claimed to have been scarred for life because of the procedure.

In footage, she can be seen wearing sunglasses and sitting on the ledge of the building while members of the fire service and others try to talk her down.

The woman who owns the plastic surgery clinic was also called to the scene.

The female on the ledge can be heard alleging: "You’re unlicensed! You intentionally harmed me!"

She also claimed: "I’m depressed and my hair is falling out in handfuls!".

The fire service stood near the woman as they attempted to rescue her.

Footage shows her beginning to argue with a man who tries to convince her to come down.

But as the woman stands and shouts at the man, the fireman shouts: "Don’t move!" before grabbing her legs.

Instead of pulling her down gently, the rescuer appears to body slam her to the ground, prompting her to scream: "Let go!"

The incident lasted two hours and the woman appeared uninjured as she was helped back up and led away for questioning.
