AceShowbiz -One of the suspects in Safaree Samuels‘ robbery will spend a long time in prison. After being convicted for robbing the “Love & Hip Hop: New York” star at gunpoint a few years ago, Tacuma Ashman is facing up to 50 years in jail.
According to North Jersey.com, Tacuma has been found guilty of first-degree robbery. The 43-year-old was also convicted on charges of resisting arrest and weapons possession. He, however, was acquitted on conspiracy charges and owning a handgun without a permit.
Tacuma, along with two other men named Shawn Harewood and Carl Harry, robbed Safaree when was getting out of his car near his New Jersey home back in 2018. The three men later got away with approximately $180,000 worth of jewelry.

The mastermind behind the robbery was Shawn Harewood. He was reportedly a childhood friend of the TV personality in Brooklyn. It was unveiled that Shawn recruited Tacuma and Carl for the crime because he didn’t want the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” cast member to recognize him.
