Despite being faced with bad weather during production, Laura Hamilton took to her Instagram account today, and shared that she was still successful in helping a couple search for their dream home on A Place in the Sun. In her latest Instagram snap, the TV presenter stunned in a red gown while her blonde tresses were noticeably wet.

She accessorised her ensemble with two chunky gold bracelets and a matching necklace.

“And that has been a challenge.”
She went on and told her 144,000 followers about the couple she helped find a home this week.

While it’s unclear whether the pair ended up settling for the house, judging by Laura’s way of words, she seemed rather confident that the search went rather well.
“It has been an absolute pleasure helping a wonderful couple (with an incredible story) look for their first home together after 38 years!” she continued.
“Mel and James are both jockey’s, and one of them has competed in the Grand National…
“Out of the five properties I’ve shown them, how difficult will it be for them to choose…
“Or will it be a one horse race?”
Meanwhile, Laura shocked fans after she announced her separation from her estranged husband, Alex Goward, last week.
The couple tied the knot back in 2012 and share two children, eight-year-old Rocco and six-year-old Tahlia.
The Kent-born TV personality shared the news with an Instagram post of a quote inside a picture frame.
The message read: “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened”.
In her accompanying caption, Laura shared: “This isn’t something I ever thought I’d be saying but, after 13 years of being together Alex and I have separated.
“Our children are and always will be our number one priority and we would respect privacy for our family at this time. Laura.”
The timing of their split didn’t go unnoticed either, with Laura and Alex having moved out of their family home at the beginning of the month.
While Laura, who gushed about starting a new beginning in her next home, she didn’t mention her separation with Alex in that particular post.
The day before she announced her split from Alex, Laura revealed that the couple had officially moved out of the home they shared together.
“It was a home that we transformed (as you can see in the photos),” she recalled.
“But MORE importantly it was a home where we created some incredible memories that we will cherish forever…
“Change can be scary but you know what is scarier?
Laura added “allowing fear to stop you from growing, evolving and progressing”.
