Love Island had fans on the edges of their seats on Sunday night's episode, after a teaser revealed that show alumni Adam Collard was set to make his return as a bombshell.
26 year old Adam's return to the show that made him a household name is the first time ever that an ex-Love Islander has re-entered the villa as a contestant.
Adam's ex Rose Williams, with whom he was briefly coupled up with on his stint on the show in 2018 made her feelings on his return quite clear, posting a number of snaps on social media.
She and Adam faced discord after she was unceremoniously dumped from the villa after Adam chose to recouple with Zara McDermott, 24.
Taking to Instagram last night, Rosie posted a screenshot of herself from her time on the show with a clearly disgusted face, and she wrote next to it: "tomorrow night…."
Next up, she posted a photo of herself and Zara laughing in a post-show interview and she quoted Friends' Rachel Greene as she wrote: "I'm just sorry we don't got popcorn", and tagged Zara.
Rosie and Adam have previously had beef after she went on the Jeremy Vine show and described her relationship with Adam as a "terrible time."
Adam hit back on Twitter, writing: "Yawn. I’ve had longer squat sessions than that 'relationship'.
"Know the difference between a real relationship and being coupled up on Love Island."
Zara, meanwhile, was gobsmacked when she realised her ex-boyfriend of eight months Adam was entering the villa, and the moment was epically caught on camera by her current boyfriend, Made in Chelsea's Sam Thompson, 29.
Sam is known for his hilarious running commentary on each episode of Love Island, as he posts to Instagram stories whilst the show is on.
On Sunday night he captured the moment he and Zara realised Adam was going into the villa.
As he filmed the show's close up of Adam's chiseled six-pack, Sam hyped it up saying: "Abs and pecs, abs and pecs, wow he's jacked."
He continued: “Who’s this guy? Who’s this absolute animal?”
And as Adam’s face finally pops on screen, he pans the camera to Zara and screams: “It’s your ex boyfriend, no way!”
Clearly having been on her phone and not watching the show properly, Zara's mouth dropped open in shock at Sam's words and she looked temporarily lost for words before screaming and saying "no way".
On top of the video, Sam wrote: “Don’t think I’ve ever seen her face light up like that for me” alongside three laughing emojis.
He then captioned the post: “Can’t tell whether I’m excited or terrified.”
Love Island continues every night at 9pm on ITV2.
