Beyoncé, Madonna Join Forces On New ‘Break My Soul’ Remix

Beyoncé and Madonna have teamed up for a new remix, “Break My Soul (The Queens Remix).” The latest remix of Beyoncé’s Renaissance single arrived on Friday, August 5.

Queen Bey joined forces with the Queen of Pop for the new edition of “Break My Soul” after she recently dropped an EP featuring four remixes of the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit featuring will.i.am, Terry Hunter, Honey Dijon and Nita Aviance.

“Rosetta Tharpe, Santigold / Bessie Smith, Nina Simone / Betty Davis, Solange Knowles / Badu, Lizzo, Kelly Rowl’ / Lauryn Hill, Roberta Flack / Toni, Janet, Tierra Whack / Missy, Diana, Grace Jones / Aretha, Anita, Grace Jones / Helen Folasade Adu, Jilly from Philly, I love you, boo / Don’t just stand there, get into it / Strike a pose, there’s nothing to it / Vogue!” Beyoncé sings on the track, paying tribute to her Black peers and predecessors in the music industry.
