Brooklyn Beckham mocked again as his latest cooking tutorial sees him make salad

Brooklyn Beckham has been mocked for his cooking skills once again after taking to Instagram to make a cucumber salad.

The eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham is renowned for jumping from passion to passion, having previously tested the waters in both football and photography.

Brooklyn’s latest venture, cooking, has landed him in the headlines a few times, most notably when he described himself as a “chef” during a viral video.

Last week, the 23 year old posted a short clip to his Instagram alongside the caption, “Tuna with cucumber salad.”

The sped-up video shows Brooklyn’s hands working away as he coats the tuna in black and normal sesame seeds before tossing it in the frying pan with some oil.

Brooklyn then used the mandoline to slice cucumber and radish which he tossed in a simple vinaigrette.

The final shot shows the sliced tuna on a plate beside the so-called salad, and while the video did earn over 158k likes, many fans were left confused by the dish.

One person commented: "Bro, what's your job? What do you do for work?"

Another simply dubbed the meal “vile” as another person added: "Bro only ate cucumber instead of tuna cuz he knows he f****d it up.”

Brooklyn did have one cheerleader in the comments in the form of tennis legend Serena Williams, who said: "Can I come over?"

Brooklyn recently touched on his previous professional endeavours while talking to Bustle about his Arsenal FC academy trial back when he was a teenager.

"I have a lot of anxiety," he admitted.

"And to try and live up to what my dad did, it was just like, it got to the point where I was just, like, I really just want to make my own name for myself and work my a**e off.”

He added: "I'm a Pisces. Sensitive.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Brooklyn spoke about the so-called feud between his wife, Nicola Peltz, and mother, Victoria.

“It [the feud] goes everywhere and everyone talks about it,” Brooklyn said, adding that everyone gets along “fine.”

“People love to write stuff, always love to write rubbish.”

The alleged feud reportedly began when Victoria, 48, was unable to Nicola’s wedding dress and subsequently “ghosted” her daughter-in-law.

An Insider from the wedding also believes that: “The top table was all Peltzes and it really felt as though the Beckhams were not at the forefront.”

While many believed that both parties had taken the high road during Paris Fashion Week, a source later said that the two families still have unresolved issues.

That was seemingly confirmed when a source told OK! that Victoria is nervous about potential grandchildren because of the rift.

“Brooklyn is a real homeboy and he really wants a family, a big one, and so does Nicola. He just wants to make Nicola happy and he promised to do that when he married her,” our source explained.

“And nothing would make Victoria happier than being a grandmother, and she would love to be a hands-on granny, but it could be difficult with the tension and distance between them.”
