The CFDA Fashion Awards are always a glamorous affair and 2021 was no exception as a host of stars descended on New York.
The event was forced to be put on hold last year due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, but the annual fashion awards came back with a bang.
Zendaya stunned on the carpet in a red two-piece consisting of a bandeau bra top and a straight floor-length skirt with a large puffy embellishment around her hips, designed by Vera Wang.
The Dune star, 25, was the recipient of the fashion icon award on the night, and paired her look with a simple bracelet and necklace and long braids.
Last Night In Soho star Anya Taylor Joy, 25, also stunned on the red carpet in a purple peplum minidress with a plunging neckline and matching shoes.
She added a vintage twist to the look with sheer black tights, a leopard print hat with a black mesh veil in front of her eyes, and leopard print gloves, keeping her blonde hair in loose waves and complementing it with dark lipstick.
Drew Barrymore opted for a lemon-yellow mesh number with large ruffles and shoulder detailing and let the gown do the talking by keeping her hair simple and pulled back.
The bright outfits did not end there, as Emily Blunt donned a bright orange two-piece suit and matching heels.
The actress flashed a bit of flesh by forgoing a top under the jacket, adding a large medallion necklace for a bit of sparkle.
Cara Delevingne meanwhile went for all-black everything as she rocked ab oversized blazer with black ankle boots and a striking gold necklace.
Model Emily Ratajkowski put her abs on full display for the occasion in a cropped jumper and shirt combo with a navy blue midi skirt.
Kid Cudi chose a full wedding dress for his red carpet appearance, completing the white lace gown with a white silk blazer, tights, bedazzled trainers and a veil.
