Chanelle Hayes has confessed she's lost seven stone after getting a secret gastric sleeve operation last year.
The 33 year old, who was recently seen displaying her weight loss in a figure-hugging crop top and leggings, explained that her binge-eating spiralled out of control to the extent where she weighed 17 stone and was size 18.
The psychological affects of her weight gain prevented her from leaving her home out of fear of what others would think, while the physical left her unable to walk up a flight of stairs without feeling breathless.
Speaking about her "food addiction" prior to the key-hole surgery, which removed a part of her stomach to limit her food intake, she said: “It was horrendous. I didn’t want to see or speak to anyone. I didn’t even want to leave the house or go anywhere – I was like a hermit in my home.

“I didn’t speak to anyone for a year. I literally saw nobody, so I definitely didn't have a love life. I didn’t even have a life."
Chanelle, who recently stunned in sexy lingerie on Valentine's Day with a mystery man, went on to admit that it also impacted her financial life as she continued: “I just couldn’t bear to do anything. Every time I had an offer to work I would just turn it down, so it massively impacted me financially.
"Then lockdown happened and I kept eating because of the stress and I just ballooned and got bigger and bigger. Everybody was saying they didn’t like being in lockdown, but I was just so pleased that I didn’t have to go out anywhere or see anyone.”

Big Brother star Chanelle went on by explaining how she felt as though her eating was "out of control" following the birth of her second child and called it a "weird addiction".
The TV personality also admitted that she was depressed and had anxiety over being "absolutely massive" and couldn't look at herself in the mirror.
She had no choice but to face the problem when doctors warned her about her blood pressure, which "rocketed", and her "soaring heart rate".
