Cher Lloyd shares snap of rarely-seen husband on eighth wedding anniversary

The X-Factor star Cher Lloyd has shared a rare snap of her husband Craig Monk as they celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary.

Cher first graced our screens in 2010 when she came fourth in the reality TV competition.

The popstar was just 16 when she appeared on the ITV show and now, at the age of 28, is celebrating her eighth wedding anniversary to her husband.

Taking to Instagram and sharing a photo with her 2.3 million fans, Cher posted an image of her showering her husband in affection and kisses.

Wearing a black and white silk top, the singer said: "Today we celebrate 8 years of Marriage. I'll love you forever."

The post has received thousands of likes, with fans and celebrity friends wishing the couple a happy anniversary.

The Only Way Is Essex star Bobby Cole Norris said: "Happy anniversary hun!!."

One diehard fan added: "I hope you have great life with your lovely family. I'll support you forever."

Cher and her husband Craig, 30, have a daughter together called Delilah-Rae who they welcomed to their family in 2018.

Posting a series of three photos, in addition to the loving image of the couple leaning in to kiss, she also shared two throwback images from their wedding day.

The wedding photos are in black and white and show an image of the couple cutting their wedding cake and another more fully body shot of the couple looking loved up.

After dating for less than a year, the pair became engaged and married in 2013.

Earlier this year, the couple shared some family photos as they celebrated Father's Day in style.`

In rare photos of daughter Delilah-Rae, the trio can be seen having a fun day out.

Originally from Malvern, Worcestershire, Cher wowed the talent show judges with her a standout version of Turn My Swag On by Keri Hilson.

Making it through to the finals before being eliminated as the fourth runner up, there were rumours of Cher being a diva and having tantrums backstage.

Earlier this year, Cher released a video on TikTok saying that she was exploited after finding fame on The X Factor.

While on the video-based social media app, the popstar duetted virtually with American singer Lyn Lapid, who started the song with the lyrics: “She was only 17 when…”

Replying with her trademark vocal stylings and own lyrics, she used the platform to hit back at the show.

“How could I be so naive?,” she began sitting in a white and blue denim jacket.

“They sold me the dream just to exploit me.”
