Coleen Rooney and pal in hysterics as they share joke just days after Wagatha win

Coleen Rooney was spotted in hysterics as she laughed at her mobile phone while watching the Pre-Season friendly match between Manchester United and Rayo Vallecano at Old Trafford on Sunday 31 July with a pal.

The star wore a silk green blouse with minimal makeup and her brunette hair pulled into a low ponytail. Holding her chequered cased mobile in her hand, she leant toward her friend who also erupted in heaps of laughter as Coleen appears to scroll through her phone.

This comes after her win in the Wagatha Christie trial launched by Rebekah Vardy, 40 over claims she was leaking stories about Coleen, 36 to the press.

The seven-day-long trial took place back in May and after a wait of over eight weeks, Mrs Justice Karen Steyn delivered her verdict – announcing that Rebekah lost on Friday 29 July.

A source told OK!: “Coleen is absolutely thrilled. This is the best verdict she could have asked for. She knew from the start that she would win, she's always known in her gut to not trust Rebekah and her gut instinct was right."

They went on: "All of her detective work has paid off and she's glad she stuck by it. Her entire family is entirely relieved.

“She's going to be celebrating with close family and friends, it's a huge weight off their shoulders and they can get on with their lives. Coleen and Wayne have been to hell and back but this will only make them stronger. This is a clean start for Coleen, a new beginning, she is so glad that it's over.”

The Mirror reports that Coleen is in “advanced talks” to tell her story in a documentary series to be made by Lorton films. The film company previously made the documentary Rooney about her footballer husband Wayne Rooney.

The publication also reports there’s a potential deal with Netflix on the cards but could also be snapped up by Amazon Prime.

The Liverpool-born WAG will reportedly open up about failed attempts to find a resolution to the matter out of court and is also set to discuss her shock at the huge legal bill, which is said to have reached a whopping £3 million.

A friend of Coleen previously told the publication: “Coleen has remained quiet ever since that famous online post. But this could all change in what could be the TV event of the year.

“Viewers would see all the evidence that Coleen has forensically gathered via her online sleuthing and see why she is convinced that Rebekah leaked the stories about her and others. She is minded to get it all out into the public domain and let people make their own minds up. Talks are very well advanced.”
