Dan Osborne has flaunted his body transformation after seven weeks of training and changing his diet to eat healthier food.
The dad-of-three, who was dad-shamed by parents after not telling off daughter Mia, shared his progress for his fans to see on Instagram.
In the snap on his Instagram stories, the 29 year old can be seen standing tall and showing off his rippling abs and large biceps.
The former TOWIE star told his followers he was doing a late night training session on his shoulders.

He wrote alongside it: "Late night shoulders/traps session. 7 weeks back training with healthier diet.
"Feels good to be back into training, physically but more importantly, mentally."
Dan's transformation comes after he offered to help pal James Argent get into shape after opening up on his life-changing surgery.
Earlier this year, James, 33, revealed he is set to have gastric surgery after announcing he is 26 stone, which is a concern to doctors.

Speaking in January, the reality star said: "I don't want to die. An op is the only way I can lose weight.
"I see pictures of myself and it's too upsetting. The other day I had to ask my manager to put my shoes on for me because I just couldn't do it – my belly is too big. I can't do up my own shoe laces.
James posted a selfie of himself on Instagram and attempted to stay positive about the future despite his struggles.
He captioned it: "A CHANGE IS GONNA COME," followed by a praying hands emoji.
The television personality then added: "I can't wait to be Happy & Healthy again, I'm feeling super positive.

"I'm nervous about the big operation & surgery but I know it's for the best & will be life changing!"
Supportive pal Dan, who recently apologised after swearing at fans, commented on the photo and promised to help James.
He said: "You've got this brother as soon as them gyms are open we are putting the work in mate x."
As well as Dan, Arg's best friend Mark Wright also showed some love as he gushed: "Come on my son," with a red heart emoji.
