Davina McCall looked amazing as she showed off her toned figure in a yellow bikini in Turkey recently.
The 54 year old was pictured standing by the clear blue sea as she visited the TUI BLUE Grand Azur in Marmaris, Turkey, to try out the hotel’s new Wellness menu designed for guests.
Davina has been an advocate for holistic wellness for many years and has joined TUI in launching the ‘Find your Happy’ campaign, encouraging new and engaging ways to enjoy health and fitness approaches.
The TUI Wellness menu includes various activities and experiences that Davina tried out during her trip, from yoga, to swimming, to cooking classes, that guests can have much fun with on holiday.
Davina looked like she was having just that experience as she was seen flaunting her abs in a bright one-shoulder two-piece walking across the Turkish beaches by the TUI resort.
The presenter swapped out her bikini for a bold blue swimming costume in other shots taken during her wellness menu-testing as she was seen going for a dip and was even snapped trying her hand at paddle-boarding.
Davina said she “finds her happy” through a selection of activities and relaxation, as she discussed her journey in discovering wellness and how she finds it beneficial.
“When I go on holiday, I always like to try something new and challenging, as well as taking the time to unwind,” the TV star said.
“That’s what I love about TUI BLUE’s new Wellness Menu — it makes it so simple to tailor your holiday to exactly what you need for your own wellness.
“The excursions, cooking classes and experiences on offer at TUI BLUE resorts as part of the new Wellness Menu are a great way of immersing yourself in the local culture while taking time for yourself.
“It meant that I could combine more high-octane workout classes with ultimate relaxation, such as experiencing an authentic Turkish hammam.”
After years trying out various health and fitness regimes, Davina added that she has come away with knowing what works best for her when it comes to wellness.
“I know that what works best for me might not work for everyone else, and it’s also something extremely personal that will change as you get older or your lifestyle changes,” the host continued.
“Finding what works for your own wellbeing shouldn’t be dictated by the latest trends on social media or stereotypical wellness tropes – find what makes you happy, and trust what feels good for your own mind and body.”
The new Wellness menu Davina tested is set to launch in TUI resorts this summer and will provide a range of exciting activities, relaxation sessions, and cultural excursions that all guests will be able to enjoy.
