Dame Deborah James looked gorgeous in spots as she donned a navy and white polka dot dress for a day out at Royal Ascot with her brother Benjamin James.
The Bowelbabe fundraiser and podcast host, who is receiving end-of-life care for bowel cancer, slipped into her beautiful summer dress complete with a frilled Peter Pan collar and hem line as she posed for snaps in the Royal enclosure's desert zone.
Deborah accessorised her look with an Yves Saint Laurent white and gold clutch bag, a gold bracelet dainty necklace and white gladiator style sandals as she used her wheelchair to travel around the gruelling event.
Deborah beamed as she finished off her look with an oversized straw sun hat and a pair of navy square sunglasses, oozing elegance for the upmarket event.
Her brunette locks were styled into a natural wave as they fell around her shoulders for the outing.
The 40 year old mum-of-two also opted for smokey eye makeup and bronzer for the occasion, as she posed with Benjamin and his partner Ashley.
Ashley wore a floaty blue and white floral dress and a cream hat that featured a black satin bow, while Ben opted for a green waistcoat, striped suit trousers and tails.
Deborah appeared to enjoy chatting to various celebrities and royals throughout the day, as she was seen posing with jazz singer Natalie Rushdie, who wore a giant pink bow fascinator on her blonde locks and a button-down matching coat dress.
Once trackside, Deborah also enjoyed a chat and took photos with former This Morning duo Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.
Ruth donned a striking orange feathered hat with a white suit ensemble, featuring a frilled blouse and smart blazer.
The Loose Women host then paired her fresh look with a pair of white heeled sandals, her only other pop of colour being her red nail polish and a slick of peach lipgloss.
Eamonn was his usual dapper self as he wore a smart black suit for the occasion, teaming it with a gold embroidered tie.
It comes as while Deborah was all smiles for a day at Ascot, only three and a half days earlier she shared insight into how difficult she's finding it to get dressed and ready for major events now.
Sharing snaps of her wearing a gorgeous grey and black satin ensemble, and her hair styled into a stunning blow dry complete with a striking headband, the TV star explained that she's "exhausted" but excited to enjoy as many special days out as possible.
"Another day, brings another excuse to spend half of it exhausting myself getting dressed up to go to one of my favourite places!!!! @glyndebourne to watch #laboheme – But totally worth it," the star told her followers.
"Thank you @glyndebourne for being so lovely and welcoming tonight -doing all this in a wheelchair is certainly a new challenge to learn!"
Sharing details about her outfit, Deborah went on to admit: "But be under no illusion! I’m knackered!
"I’ve worked out it takes me longer to get ready and organised to go than the time I actually last anywhere!! Getting dressed is tiring, getting meds organised is tiring, the extra moving, the travel, the wondering what mood your stomach is in – its all real!
"But then the feeling of making it to something you didn’t think possible, having put make up on, donning new shoes (that finally arrived in the right size for massively swollen feet!), with the sunshine smiling – well then it’s all worth it!
"It’s a kind of cheeky “still living whilst dying” two fingers up to it all!!" the brave beauty added.
