Prince William and Kate Middleton have become two of the most relatable members of the royal family.
Just recently,The Duchess, 40, stunned onlookers when she boarded an economy flightto head to Balmoral withPrincess Charlotte,seven, andPrince Louis, four.
And as the summer comes to an end, the royal family are gearing up tomove from London to Windsor, where for the first time, all three of the children will be attending the same school.
Private co-educational institution Lambrook School, in Berkshire, near Ascot, is the Cambridge children's new school and as the parents will be paying a reported £50,000 for all three of the youngsters to attend one can only hope their meals are something special.
However, when they come home for dinner the three young royals are very much hands on, withVanity Fairpreviously reporting that Princess Charlotte loves to get involved in the kitchen.
The publication reported: “When Kate or the housekeeper are preparing meals in the kitchen, Charlotte will set up shop next to them, her own toy set by her side to imitate."
The family’s meals are very much on the healthy side and the Duchess of Cambridge previously told Mary Berry that her three youngsters actually really enjoy eating their veggies.
"We've got carrots, beans, beetroot – a massive favourite – Louis absolutely loves beetroot," she told the former Great British Bake Off star.
Perhaps one of the most relatable meals that the family eat is one that is made byPrince CharlesandCamilla.
In an interview withYOU magazine , the Duchess of Cornwall, described her culinary approach as "nothing too mucked about, or fussy or fiddly".
She added that baked beans on toast, "always Heinz," and cheese on toast is in her culinary repertoire of favourite foods for the youngsters.
While helping prepare food at St. Luke’s Community Centre for the Commonwealth Big Lunch event in London earlier this year, Kate revealed that her children's favourite dish is homemade pizza.
Speaking to a member as she cooked, Kate said: "I've done that with George and Charlotte – making pizza dough".
She added: "They love it because they can get their hands messy."
As well as homemade pizzas, pasta is another favourite in the Cambridge house – and the young Cambridges even get to make it themselves.
Peoplereported that during a visit to Lavender Primary School, Kate told Matthew Kleiner-Mann of her family's love of the Italian staple.
He said: "She was telling us how much her children love cooking and how they cook for her. They made cheesy pasta the other day. One stirs the flour, one puts the milk and butter in. And they make salads and stuff."
