Formally recognised for his work on addressing inequality, racism and the stigma around mental health, the former professional footballer was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from London South Bank University on Thursday.

Kate concluded the post with: "Dr Ferdy" along with a graduation cap, bow-tie and red heart emoji.
While the day was all about Rio's achievements, the mother-of-one was sure to share an image of her complete ensemble for the occasion.
The blonde looked sensational in a full bright red matching suit with belted detailing that cinched in her tiny waist.
