‘Full House’ stars will reunite at the first-ever ‘90s Con after Bob Saget’s death
Four cast members from Full House will come together for the first-ever 90’s Con. The event will take place on Mar. 11, 12, and 13 at the Hartford Convention Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
Full House and Fuller House stars Dave Coulier, Candace Cameron Bure, Andrea Barber, and Scott Weinger will be at the event on Saturday and Sunday. They will be available to fans for photo ops and autographs.
Cast members from other TV shows and movies will also be at 90’s Con. Actors from Hocus Pocus, Boy Meets World, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and more will be there to meet and greet fans.
Coulier told E! News that he’s looking forward to the event, which he described as a “family reunion.”
“We’re so close, that whenever and wherever we get together it’s like a family reunion,” Coulier said of his castmates. “This may sound kind of sappy, but we really do love each other.”
He even referenced how they recently mourned the loss of one of their former cast members, Bob Saget. “We’ve been through everything together – births, deaths, marriages, divorces, our shows being picked up and canceled,” Coulier said. “We’re a real family on and off camera.”
The ‘Full House’ cast lost castmate and family member Bob Saget earlier this year
Bob Saget played main character Danny Tanner, the widowed father of three daughters, on Full House. The actor was found dead in his hotel room in Orlando, Florida, the day after he performed a two-hour stand-up comedy set. Saget posted a joyful message on Instagram to celebrate the show just hours before his death.
“Okay, I loved tonight’s show @pontevedra_concerthall in Jacksonville. Really nice audience. Lots of positivity,” Saget captioned a selfie he took on stage. “Happened last night in Orlando last night at the Hard Rock Live too. Very appreciative and fun audiences.”
He added, “I had no idea I did a two hour set tonight. I’m back in comedy like I was when I was 26. I guess I’m finding my new voice and loving every moment of it.”
The comedian’s family released a statement to People on Feb. 9 revealing that Saget’s cause of death was head trauma, with no foul play, drugs, or alcohol involved. The How I Met Your Mother narrator is survived by his wife Kelly Rizzo and his three daughters, whom he shared with his ex-wife Sherri Kramer.
Saget’s Full House co-stars attended his funeral on Jan. 14, along with over 100 other celebrities who showed up to honor the actor known as “America’s Dad.”

Candace Cameron Bure tweeted her excitement about the event
Full House star Candace Cameron Bure took to social media to share her excitement about the upcoming event. On Feb. 24, the actor made an Instagram post about the first-ever 90’s Con.
“Oh my lanta! I am thrilled to attend my very first 90’s Con with my best friends,” Cameron Bure captioned a photo of herself and the three other stars who will be at the event. “While people may be coming to meet and take photos with us, you might find me standing in line with you to meet some of my favorite 90’s celebs! Don’t worry, I will be fan-girling too. Looking forward to a great weekend!”
Cameron Bure, along with several other Full House cast members, released a joint statement on Instagram following Bob Saget’s death.
“Thirty-five years ago, we came together as a TV family, but we became a real family. And now we grieve as a family,” they captioned a photo of the cast, including Saget, on what appeared to be a vacation. “Bob made us laugh until we cried. Now our tears flow in sadness, but also with gratitude for all the beautiful memories of our sweet, kind, hilarious, cherished Bob.”
