Gemma Collins has been open about her dream of wanting to become a mother for quite some time.
And in a new interview with OK!, Gemma, 41, is still following the dream of welcoming a child of her own.
The TOWIE queen said: "I would love to have a baby. And you can have a baby when you’re 50, there are so many resources out there you can use, so I’m not actually worried about it."
It comes after Gemma admitted she would "rest" over the summer to "make a baby" – which meant she was planning on postponing her upcoming nuptials to Rami.
"I can’t wait until the 1st of August because then I can totally relax," she said with The Sun. "I’ve not got a day off until then," she said.
"We are getting to that point where we need to concentrate on having a baby. I really want to just rest after August and spend time with Rami and make the baby. I’ve given myself a six month window."
While Gemma continues to build a life with Rami, 48, she regularly spends time with his son Tristan, and she opened up about how great her fiance is as a father.
"He is an amazing dad. He works so hard. He runs his own business. There’s not a week that goes by where he doesn’t go and see Tristan in the week because Tristan is in Highgate," she told us.
"There’s not a weekend that goes by, well very rarely, where we don’t have Tristan. He’s a very hands-on dad. He’s become a lot more attractive to me than ever because he is just so wonderful."
Gemma continued: "He’s quite a strong man, but when I see him with Tristan, I melt away. He’s just everything to me. It’s just so lovely seeing him like that."
The couple have been together on and off for around a decade and have been engaged in the past.
Gemma and Rami previously announced their plan to get married on December 27 2013 – but this was soon cancelled just a few weeks later.
Gemma and Rami announced they got engaged again in 2021 – eight years after originally planning to tie the knot.
The Diva Forever star has been having a think about their wedding day, revealing it will be "low-key".
"I think it will be a private affair. We will just go off somewhere and do it in private. But then, I don’t really know – I’ll see how I feel at the time," Gemma shared.
"My life is in the spotlight so much, I think I’d want a bit of a low-key day.
"I just don’t want to put on a performance on my wedding day."
