Gemma Collins was left terrified when her beloved mum Joan, who is 67 years old, was rushed into hospital with a "scary" illness.
The former TOWIE star has been sharing all on Instagram after her poor mum became struck down with the mystery condition.
Posting a series of snaps of her mum to her stories, Gemma, who recently opened up on her body positivity journey, shared: "Such a scary moment when mum come to hospital.
"Thank you Queens Hospital Romford for all you're doing," the star thanked the medical facility near to her home in Essex.
The reality TV star also shared a snap of Joan hooked up to monitors in her hospital room, along with a GIF that said "love you mum".
The 42 year old favourite also posted an image of her beloved mum during better days, as Joan smiled to the camera in her 60s style black glasses.
With blonde locks and light bronzer, Joan looked peaceful and happy as she posed for her daughter in a pair of bold leopard earrings and a matching scarf.
"Love your parents as hard as you can," Gemma, who recently announced she has called off her wedding to fiance Rami Hawash, urged her followers.
"Thank you to everyone looking after mum @joancollins1 at QUEENS HOSPITAL ROMFORD."
Fans and friends flocked to the comments to share their support for the worried star, as fellow TOWIE favourite Liam Gatsby wrote: "Give your parents a call or a message because some people wish they still can."
"Love you Gem," another person shared, as a third posted: "Sending lots of love."
"Speedy healing vibes to your Mum Gemma!" a fourth fan said, followed by: "This is so true Gem make the most of every minute."
"My mum was in ICU at Queens last year, they saved my mums life. Ever grateful. Wishing your mum better x" another fan encouraged.
While another follower added: "Oh wishing your lovely mum a speedy recovery hun big hug xxx."
Jess Wright posted a row of heart emojis as she also showed her support for her old friend.
As Joan continues to receive treatment, Gemma later posted a heart-wrenching snap of her sweet dad asleep in the uncomfortable hospital chairs.
Gushing over his dedication to her mum, the star captioned the image: "My dad, proper gentleman. Has not left my mum's side."
Earlier this year, Gemma told The Sun about the devastating moment her mum called her to tell her she'd found a cancerous lump.
Explaining that she simply didn't want to worry her daughter while she was filming Diva Forever, Joan assured that while she'd been "so scared" she had the lump removed and was later given the "all-clear".
"She knew that I would have fallen apart in the worst-case scenario so she kept it to herself because she didn't want to upset me — but she was very scared," the star told the publication, going on to praise the NHS for acting fast and removing the lump straight away.
Joan was diagnosed in 2016 with ductal carcinoma in situ, which means the cells in the lining of the breast tissue become cancerous.
As a result, she now attends annual breast screenings and Gemma is keen to have the BRCA gene test to see if she's also susceptible to getting cancer.
