Halle Berry is celebrating Catwoman’s legacy this Halloween.
The Monster’s Ball actor made a cameo in “Icy Girl” rapper Saweetie’s Halloween video, giving her nod of approval to the rapper’s Catwoman costume. In the clip, the rapper struts across a rooftop in a recreation of Berry’s costume in the 2004 film, as a voiceover from the actor says, “You see sometimes I’m good, but sometimes I’m bad, but only as bad as I wanna be.”
After Saweetie shows off the look, including a belt halter, ripped leather pants, claw gloves, and cat mask, Berry walks in, and has an intense staredown with the rapper before giving her the go-ahead. The rapper then drops into the crouch from the film’s poster, before jumping offscreen.
Both Berry and Saweetie shared the clip on Instagram, with the original actor writing, “There’s enough room for more than one Catwoman.”

The rapper captioned her own post, “had to put on for the best Catwoman to ever do it 🤷🏽♀️💅🏽,” tagging Berry.
The clip dropped just days after Berry joked about the new buzz around the superhero film on Twitter. The universally panned film–it has a nine percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes–has found more appreciative fans since it was added to HBO Max, decades after its initial release.
The Oscar-winning actor responded to a fan’s comment that Berry “ate her Catwoman role up,” saying, “I’m seeing all the Catwoman love, everybody. Where were you guys 17 years ago 😂.”
