Holly Willoughby was left shocked at her This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield on Tuesday's edition of the show when he advised a bride to tell her bridesmaid "on your bike".
The presenters were hosting a phone in titled "Am I Being Unreasonable?" where viewers were calling in to ask for advice on their personal dilemmas.
But Holly accused Phil of being the unreasonable one when he told the bride-to-be to go for the nuclear approach with her friend and sack her from the wedding.
Holly was left cringing with her head in her hands at Phil's advice, asking: "Can you do that?"

The bride-to-be was a woman called Lydia, who said that she'd had to rearrange her wedding due to the coronavirus pandemic and had barely heard from one of her three bridesmaids since last February.
She said: "She's ignoring texts and hasn't met my 10-month-old son. I think it's to do with her new boyfriend."
Phil quickly told her: "If she’s not that fussed about it all then biff her. Get someone else!"
As Holly questioned how you would "biff" a bridesmaid, Vanessa Feltz, who was also sitting in on the phone-in, agreed with the tactic of sacking her.

Phil added: "You don’t dis-invite her from the wedding, but you say I’m going to give the bridesmaid job to someone who gives a damn!"
Holly looked horrified and said: "I think you’re judging a whole lifetime of friendship on the last year, which has been really difficult for everybody."
But when Lydia revealed that the bridesmaid had even asked her to rearrange the whole wedding to suit her, Phil was even firmer in his advice.

He shouted out: "On your bike love!", then added: "Don't fall out with her, life is too short for that.
"But do it in a gentle way, say you're obviously busy and you're not that interested so I'm going to give the job to someone who cares."
Holly warned: "Don't end it on that bit! Enjoy your big day – whoever is walking behind you up the aisle."
