Im A Celebritys Ant and Dec arrive at Gwrych Castle ahead of show start

Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have teased the start of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! as the pair have arrived at Gwrych Castle.

The presenting duo, who recently surprised the Pride of Britain winner's best friends in heartwarming scenes, took to their joint Instagram account to share a snap of themselves outside the venue.

In the photo, the pair could be seen dressed in matching long black puffer coats with Declan, 46, and Ant, 45, both stuffing their hands in the pockets as they smiled in front of the Welsh castle, which was lit up in the dark.

"We’re here! Just holding the fort until our celebs arrive #imaceleb," they wrote in the caption, followed by a sand timer emoji and a castle emoji.

Celebrity friends were quick to share their excitement over the start of the hit ITV show, which starts on 21 November.

Love Island presenter Laura Whitmore wrote: "Ahhhhhh can’t wait!! Xxx".

Meanwhile the official I'm A Celeb Instagram account commented: "Can’t wait to see what menacing Trials you’ve got planned! Mwwhahahhahaha!" alongside a purple devil emoji.

The upcoming series is set to be a good one as an incredible cast is due to join, including Good Morning Britain's Richard Madeley, choreographer and Strictly Come Dancing judge Arlene Phillips, and singer and Loose Women panellist Frankie Bridge.

Ahead of going into the castle, Frankie spoke out about her fears as she said: "I think people will be surprised to see me doing I’m A Celebrity and I am scared of most things, but I really want to push myself and show a side people have not seen before."

She continued: "I’m scared of rats, I am a fussy eater and I have a bit of a phobia of ketchup, so a pint of penis terrifies me!"

Frankie described the food challenges usually seen on I'm A Celeb as her "idea of hell" and went on to share her hatred of being trapped in small spaces – which "is likely to happen".

The TV presenter admitted that the whole idea of taking part on the show even "makes me go, '‘Why the hell are you doing it?’ And so that is exactly why I am doing it!”

Frankie's former professional footballer husband Wayne, 41, who she shares sons Parker, nine, and Carter, six, with, previously starred on the show in 2016.

Former The Saturdays singer Frankie, who recently stunned in a black figure-hugging gown at the Pride of Britain awards, explained that her other half can't wait to see how she fares in the castle after his own experience.

"Ever since Wayne took part, he has been desperate for me to do it too and he can’t wait to watch me squirm and scream!" she explained.
