The friends and family of I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’s Frankie Bridge have made light of her argument with contestant Naughty Boy.
During Thursday night’s episode of the hit ITV show, the pair disputed over a rice dish the Saturdays’ star cooked for the camp after Naughty Boy was left unsatisfied with the results.
Taking over her social media pages while she is away, Frankie’s friends and family were able to see the funny side of the situation as they made jokes in reference to the spat.
After the argument, a photo of her was shared on her Instagram page looking awkwardly in the distance as she stood next to Naughty Boy smiling at the camera with his arm placed around her.
“When Naughty Boy starts kicking off…again,” the caption read.
On the pop star’s Twitter, a cheeky tweet was also posted seeing light of the tense interaction, saying: “New cookbook 'Rice Recipes with Frankie' – coming soon!”
Frankie and Naughty Boy’s bad start on the reality show comes after the campmates of the Main Camp and the Clink finally merged together as one.
"If we’re having rice and beans, people would prefer to have rice and beans, not rice pudding and beans. I don’t know if I’m going crazy or overthinking,” the music producer said in the Telegraph, criticising the mother-of-two’s dish.
“You’re just coming into our camp and this was just what we did…" Frankie later said in response to Naughty Boy’s thoughts, as he interrupted with: "No, this is our camp. That’s wrong what you just said."
While he might have seen Frankie’s remarks as harsh, her friend Alison Hammond had only nice comments to make about the 32-year-old on Thursday after competing against her on Strictly Come Dancing in 2014.
“She is in absolute diamond. You I know did Strictly with Frankie and she was amazing on that but people didn’t really get to see her true personality,” the This Morning presenter said on the Zoe Ball Morning Show.
“But on this, this is just going to be perfect for her. She is just such a like breath of fresh air and a delight to be around and everyone’s going to love her.”
Alison had a mighty big prediction for how far the I’m a Celeb star would go on the show too.
“She’s definitely one to watch – she’s definitely going to be in the finals I think,” she added while host Zoe Ball agreed.
“I think so, too,” she said.
