The room is listed on the hotel as: ‘Queen Victoria spent ten days in residence at Palé Hall in 1889. So enchanted was she by the house and grounds that she changed her itinerary in order to extend her visit…
‘This is the room she chose as her bedroom. At that time it was the only one in the house that provided a bathroom with plumbing. Decorated in Victorian style, with a half tester bed believed to be the same slept in by Victoria…
‘The bath and basin used by the Queen remain preserved, now complemented by a separate shower, marble tiles and dramatic curtains. It offers a wonderful view over the garden and across the valley toward local hills.’
Lisa’s stunning snaps from her room showed the bed and bathroom in all their glory, with the Victorian decor adding to the stunning feel of the hotel and its warm backdrop.

The couple looked as loved-up as ever in snaps from their stay, which come hot on the heels of sources telling OK Magazine recently that Lisa is up for getting remarried herself some day.
Away from Lisa’s getaway, Ant is preparing to wed Anne-Marie over in Hampshire.
On Friday, a lorry full of flowers and vans were seen arriving in the sleepy village where Ant is marrying. A loading truck containing temporary fencing was seen parking up and creating barriers in the surrounding areas of the venue ahead of the arrival of some of the biggest stars on UK television.
Following on from the fencing, the lorry-full of flowers arrived complete with stunning hydrangeas, roses and much more in pretty pastels and greens. Staff delivering unloaded at least eight large containers of flowers.

It comes after insiders told The Sun: ‘Neither of them want the razzmatazz of a showbiz wedding’, and insisted the day will be ‘simple and beautiful’.
Ant was married to former wife Lisa for 12 years. The pair, who were together for 23 years, confirmed their split in 2018, following Ant’s stint in rehab the previous year where he sought treatment for painkiller addiction.
Following rehab, Ant took a year out from TV and he and Lisa parted ways, with their divorce being finalised in April 2020.
Last year, Saturday Night Takeaway host Ant was reported to have handed over £31 million to Lisa, including their £5million home in West London, after an ‘eight-hour negotiation’.

Lisa, a make-up artist on BBC1’s Strictly Come Dancing, is understood to have felt that Ant ‘got away with a lot’ following their split. She was also believed to be dismayed and deeply hurt that he moved on so quickly when he started a new relationship with Anne-Marie.
A source close to the couple said: ‘Ant has been very generous in terms of the financial settlement but Lisa is totally the opposite of someone who is motivated by money. She doesn’t care about that – she earns her own. But she has been so hurt by all of this.
Ant’s engagement to Anne-Marie was announced on New Year’s Eve after the presenter popped the question in a romantic Christmas Eve proposal. It’s believed Ant designed Anne-Marie’s £200k engagement ring himself.
