R&B legends The Isley Brothers have returned to Billboard‘s R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart for the first time in 15 years thanks to their new single “Friends & Family.”
“Friends & Family,” featuring Ronald Isley and Snoop Dogg, entered at No. 49 on the list dated July 17.
The track enters the radio survey after it gained 20% in audience impressions to 2.2 million in the week ending July 11, according to MRC Data. This is the ninth time the band has entered the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart.
The track also rose to No. 15 from No. 17 on the Adult R&B Airplay chart, which is their best standing since “Just Came Here to Chill” peaked at No. 3 in 2006.
