Love Island star Jamie Jewitt has revealed that he has gained four stone since appearing on the show in 2017.
The 31 year old, who welcomed his first child with Camilla Thurlow last year, says that he gained almost 25kg in just over three years.
While the star says he has been happy to rock what he calls his ‘Dad bod’, he now plans to use the New Year to get healthier rather than slimmer.

Posting a shirtless selfie to Instagram, the reality star told fans that he currently weighs 16 and a half stone.
Sharing the selfie alongside a throwback snap of his Love Island promo shot, Jamie said: "Dad bod diaries! This is me yesterday at 105.5kg. Roughly 16 1/2 stone."
While the TV star doesn’t want to slim down to his Love Island days, his goal this time round is to be healthy rather than ripped.

He continued: "For those asking. During Love Island I was 80kg. Four stone and 25kg lighter than I am now.
"I don't want to be that thin again as I personally feel better a little heavier. But that's a little idea of the difference."
Jamie has vowed to take fans along on his fitness journey via his Instagram page.
So far, the former Islander has been posting updates of nutritious meals, outdoor runs and intense boxing sessions, sharing with followers his progress.
Jamie and Camilla, 31, are one of the only surviving couples from the 2017 series of Love Island and welcomed baby Nell in October.
Announcing the news in a social post, Jamie wrote: "Nell Sophia Jewitt, 6.5lbs, 27/10/2020 4.32am.
"After all of life's ups and downs I can honestly say this morning brought on a monumental change of perspective.
"From this day forward I promise to be the very best version of myself for you and your mum and do my best to give you both everything you could possibly ask for.”
