The star of Clarkson’s Farm, Jeremy Clarkson, 61, has been dubbed a “greedy b*****d” by Gogglebox personality Shaun Ryder, 58, over the number of TV shows he works on. The lead singer of band Happy Mondays made the jibe as he watched the star walk to the quizmaster seat on ITV quiz show, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?, as part of the Celebrity edition of the Channel 4 programme last night.

How many shows does that greedy b*****d want?

Sitting on the sofa next to Bez, his friend and band member, the star didn’t hold back as the long-running quiz started.

“It’s now Jeremy Clarkson,” Shaun said, addressing the latest presenter.

He added: “How many shows does that greedy b*****d want?”

The quiz show was previously presented by TV host Chris Tarrant for 14 years.

However, Top Gear presenter Jeremy then stepped in to present the reboot which launched in 2018.

Shaun’s comment comes after the car expert’s farm show has just been renewed for a second season by Amazon Prime.

Taking Twitter, the car fanatic revealed the good news to excited fans.

In view of his 7.3 million followers, Jeremy casually made the announcement, while donning a crisp white shirt and leaning against a tractor.

He said: “Following the success of the first series, I’m delighted to say that there will be a second series of Clarkson’s farm.

“You mean Kaleb’s Farm?” asked Kaleb Cooper as he recorded the star’s announcement.

“No,” Jeremy stated bluntly.

He continued: “All the team are back, cheerful Charlie, Lisa, Gerald and the fetus in a tractor.”

Swivelling the camera round, Kaleb quipped that it was his farm.

The news comes just days ahead of The Grand Tour’s latest special.

The Grand Tour Presents: Lochdown will launch on Friday exclusively on Amazon Prime Video and the double-bill special will follow Jeremy, Richard Hammond and James May as they look at some of the greatest American cars from the 70s.

Their adventure sees them touring Scotland in a series of classic motors, which was filmed last year.

This isn’t the first time that the car fanatic has been blasted by members of the Gogglebox family.

Weeks ago, the star made a quip about labour and childbirth during a lambing segment, leaving the celebrities less than pleased.

The Clarkson’s Farm moment in question saw Jeremy begin to panic as one ewe went into labour.

Jeremy remarked on how the ewe wasn’t “shouting” and gave birth with “no epidural”, which was labelled “slightly misogynistic” by TV host Jonathan Ross.
