Jesy Nelson has revealed she no longer speaks to her former Little Mix bandmates as much as she used to after quitting the band.
The singer, 30, announced her decision to leave Little Mix in December and has since pursued a career as a solo musician, teasing the release of her debut single recently.
Following the break away from the band, fans have suspected tension between Jesy and her former bandmates Perrie Edwards,Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirwall, which were fuelled when Leigh-Anne cropped Jesy out of a photo.
Months on from her decision to part ways with Little Mix, Jesy has candidly revealed she no longer speaks to her former bandmates as much as she used to.
Speaking to The Guardian, Jesy discussed Little Mix's future as Leigh-Anne, 29, and Perrie Edwards, 28, prepare to give birth.
Jesy said: "I reckon they’ll look after their babies, go off and do their own things for a while, then make a comeback together.
"I think they’re just as sick as a three. They’re still doing it for girl power."
Speaking of her feelings towards her former bandmates, whom she had worked closely with for nearly 10 years, Jesy added: "I still love them to pieces. They were like my sisters."
But, when asked if Jesy is still in touch with her former bandmates, she revealed: "No, not as much. Not now. I think we all need time. It’s a big thing that’s happened."
Jesy, who reportedly risks angering Little Mix after sharing a taster of her new single, quit the band for the sake of her mental health and previously revealed a panic attack during Radio 1 Live Lounge performance had sparked her decision.
The singer had been incredibly candid about her mental health struggles while in the band, after she was cruelly trolled as they first formed on The X Factor in 2011.
And, when asked if her unhappiness took made it tough for the other girls over the years, she revealed: "Of course. Course. We’ve all had our own problems.

"But it’s never nice to be around someone who’s down and doesn’t want to be there.
"As much as I needed to come out of it for myself, I didn’t want to keep putting three other people through that as well."
Jesy also insisted her decision to leave the band does not mean she doesn't want to be in the music industry.
The singer, who has had a passion for music since childhood, explained: "What I’ve said about a million times is that I never said I’m coming out of the band to never be in the public eye again.
"I said I’m coming out of Little Mix because I could not deal with the pressure of being in a girl band, not that I can’t deal with the pressures of being in the spotlight or being famous."
