Stacey Solomon took to Instagram to show off her DIY skills and it left her fiancé Joe Swash swooning.

The Loose Women panelist, 31, gave fans a glimpse into her latest DIY project in a clip she shared on her Instagram page.

Stacey told how she was putting up a wooden beam on top of her fireplace.

The former X Factor star described hitting in the rawl plugs, drilling in the screws and hanging the slab.

Joe, 38, captured Stacey as she worked away through the stages of the task.

At one point the ex-EastEnders actor was in awe of Stacey's talents as she grabbed a drill in preparation of screwing metal parts into the wall.

An impressed Joe exclaimed: "Go on handy Andy, sexy! Very sexy!"

In October Stacey explained Joe doing jobs around the house is what turns her on in a candid chat on Loose Women.

Stacey shared that sex is "emotional" and she is enticed to get intimate with Joe when he does housework.

The mum-of-three said: "A lot of emotion goes into sex for me, if I am completely honest, it starts from the minute he picks up his shoes after himself in the morning to like unloading the dishwasher.

"So much has to happen for me to be like ‘oh my god, let’s do it’.

"I'd be embarrassed and it would make it harder to me initiate that kind thing of next time."

Stacey and Joe have been together since 2015 and share one son, Rex.

The star is also a mum to Zachary, 12, and Leighton, eight, from past relationships.

Earlier this month, Stacey spoke out on her social media after a troll criticised her for having children with three different fathers.

Stacey wasted no time and shared the troll’s message on her Instagram story, which read: “It must be very sad having three different dads for your boys. Always apart. Oh well I suppose you are happy about it.”

Responding to their remark with grace, the star began by laughing as she declared: “Woah there, Welma! It’s far too early for that kind of judgement and of course I’m happy about it!”

She went on to say: “They’re the best thing that ever happened to me no matter how they happened to me.”
